If the ordered products are not what you expect, then you can return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Shipping costs are borne by the customer, according to EU law.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To send the product back, we will ask you for proof of payment and the transaction number. Please do not return the product without contacting us in advance. In this case, the product will not be changed.
There are certain situations in which only partial reimbursements are granted (if applicable)
- obvious signs of use.
- any product that is not in its original condition is damaged for reasons beyond our control.
- any product to be returned no later than 14 days after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and you will receive the money in a bank account.
Only items purchased at the shelf price can be returned. Items purchased at a promotional price cannot be returned but only exchanged.
Gifts. If the product was paid for with a gift card, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product.
To return the product, you must first contact us by e-mail at: email@example.com or WatsApp and request the return or exchange of the item. Do not send any items for return without being initially approved by our team.
